To long.....

Well it has been way to long since i have posted a nd checked in.  I don't know where to start.  This weight loss journey has been something amazing and challenging at the same time.  I have slacked off on my exercising and have vowed to increase the workouts.  The winter time here in Cleveland, Ohio keeps you limited but that isn't an excuse anymore.  I haven't regretted a moment about the decision I made in 9/2010 to have my weight loss surery.  I still have a long way to go but I am getting there and plan on using my tool to the FULLE
