Wow!! A long Time since I Posted!!

January 26, 2009 - OMG!!! I cannot believe that I haven't posted since Sept of 2005!!! I am doing well. However, I did gain back 8 pounds from my ideal, realistic weight.  I will be taking that back off!!! I do feel like a brand new person since I lost the weight and I pray to God that he will help me not to ever gain it back again!! 337 lbs. plus, was no picnic or day in the park for that matter. The reason why I say plus is because 16 lbs did come off from the breast reduction alone. Yes, 16 pounds!! People see my before pictures and have a hard time believing that it was me.  I won't sit here and say that I still don't have my struggles but as long as there is life and I have breath, and with the help of the Lord, we will overcome.
