Hello everyone I thought I would post an update. I saw Karen on 2/5/09 and she is going to resubmit my paperwork to my insurance and i am hoping for an april or may date. I am tickled pink. It has been a rough road, but this is my third attempt at this surgery. If it doesn't work out this time i don't know what i will dol. i was scheduled in 2006 to have the surgery with a dr. in albany and chickened out. In august i fell and dislocated my shoulder 3 days before my surgery. I am not going to revisit that nightmare. I am so ready for this. If i don't do  something soon i am going to explode soon. Of course i gained back all the weight i had lost prior to my surgery date in august and karen had to ride me about that but in the end she agreed that they can submit and i will have a few months to get back on track. I will continue to blog here hopefully things go smoothly. shelyy
