case manager

tomorrow I go in to the case manager. I keep thinking is this what I want. Yes and no. so far on my own and with bariatric guidlines I went down almost 50 lbs. now I feel alot better. I really want to complete this journey. with work every changing and me working more than ever I need to be healthier and happier.

My skin on my inner thighs is blistered again and painful. I am hoping 100lbs from now my thighs will heal up to where I will not even notice any break outs.

I feel like I wanna back out. but then I see all the sucess stories and it makes me wanna cry knowing that I can have a chance too.
