"This is an older smaller hospital. If you expect the 'perks' of the normal hospital in the United States, you will not find it here. It is however, a fully functioning hospital serving Acuna Mexico, 3 miles from Del Rio Texas. While I was there on 11/8/02, there were several patients, including a baby just born. I did see photos of the hospital, and knew exactly what to expect when I arrived."
