Happy 10 years to me

 Wow Time sure is going by way to fast!!!  Well Today I went to the Doctors for a Check up and I wieghted in at 120, woo hoo for me. I feel great, I look great.  For those who do read this all i can say is follow the rules !!! I see so many peers that surgery the same time as me or had it after me and they get complacment going on. The simple rules eat healthy, chose healthy foods , dont drink right before your meal and dont drink right after your meals, DO NOT drink with your meals. Dont drink your calories. Listen to your body it will tell you what you need to be doing. Dont skimp on your suppliments.

When i had this surgery, i was so afraid my stomach would stretch back out again, so i have been very carfull to never over eat and to this day i still messure my food. I try to stay away from slider foods. Im not a saint because i adore chocolate and i eat chocolate with zero problems. It is the one thing that i can have that has sugar in it and I dont dump on, now other surgery foods can make me drop in a blink of an eye. Im the biggest fan of Pizza, I eat pretty much what ever i want, I do eat not so healthy food every now and then, like tonight is pizza night :) but normal dinners are always on the line of protien and veggies of some sort. I can eat about 3 oz of meat and about 1/2 cup of veggies for dinner. I almost never eat breakfast because i gotta have that coffee in the AM.  Lunch is a sandwhich of some sort . I eat when im hungry and sometimes i have to remind myself to eat.
