yikes!  This is as much as they will put in.  The only other option is to use a heavier liquid in the band.

Hope this works.  Need to take my measurements again.

Hot Yoga and measurements

I am going to soley do yoga and hot yoga for the next month and see if this makes a difference:

Measurements as of last night:
Neck:  15"
Upper left arm:  14 3/8"
Chest:  45 1/4"
Waist:  44 3/8"
Hips:  50 1/4"
Midthigh:  22 5/8
Calf:  15 1/8"

have been working out since my last post 3 days a week with personal trainer doing weights and 2 days a week pilates.  Have lost 8 pounds and 8 inches.  Weight today at 210.  Woohoo!!

walked on treadmill for 45 minutes.
walked 2.2 miles
burned 366 calories
2.9 miles per hour and did 1 min intervals while increasing the incline up to 13 and then back down.  Heart rate got up in the 150's.
The pint of ben and jerry's i just ate probably was not a good idea.....lol
Oh well start fresh tomorrow.  My band is very tight right now and well no excuses.....i screwed up.

I walked on the treadmill for 45 minutes doing the cardio workout on level 1 and it kicked my butt!!!!!!!!

My weight is down to 218.25lb.  I have worked out everyday the past week for at least 30 minutes.  My restriction is incredible too.  

goals for this week:
1.  Continue to walk at least 30 minutes per day.  
2.  Try to increase walking to 45 minutes every day. 
3.  Pilates personal training 2 times a week for one hour.
4.  Decide if I want to invest in personal training not to be confused with the pilates personal training.  
5.  Be aware of food choices and intake. 
6.  Drink more water.

I got another fill on 1-10-06.  They put another .5cc in.  I did not have them check how much was in the band so I would guess .5cc's evapoporated and i am back up to 3cc's.  Already lost a couple of pounds.  Back down to 222.  Worked out on Wed and Thursday for 30 minutes on treadmill too.  Trying to stay consistent and get into a routine.  I begin personal training again next week with the pilates trainer so that will be great too.
