I am a food-aholic. Just like an alcoholic who can't control their drinking, I can't control my eating. Eating is an obsession with me. I am sick of what I have become. I used to be a very athletic guy, but now I weigh over 300 lbs. and I have several health problems. It has to stop now! I need help to do this. All of my vast research has pointed me to the Lap-Band as the tool I need. I am currently waiting on my insurance company's decision as to whether or not they will approve me. They literally hold my life in their hands. Update 04/18/08: I just received my approval letter from Blue Cross/Blue Shield!!!!!! Lap-Band, here I come!
