Band to sleeve?

10-06-15  I have no fluid in my band.  Dr wont put any in due to heartburn and coughing.  I have gained alot of weight since my knee surgury last year.  I'm at 260.  Almost back to where I was before lapband.  I am now thinking of VSG.  I have an EGD scheduled next month and then we will discuss options.  I also have upcoming Rt knee replacement 11-30-15.  Maybe I should do VSg first and then schedule knee replacement.  I am so confused right now and feel like I am just chopping away at my body.  I read good things on OH about  the sleeve and it makes me feel a little better.  I just know I cant do this on my own.
