I am freaking scared!!

Ok, it has been four days since my surgery and I did everything the doctor said to do to get my temperature down and it is not working.  I have been sipping all day, taking my meds, walking, and do my deep breathing. My incisions smell weird and I have rashes on both of my wrists. Um, this may be a no brain-er of what I should do but, I was trying to handle things on my own and let my body adjust because everyone's body reacts differently. I would love to hear some thoughts of my OB Help family.
