" The first time I met Dr. Sonnanstine I thought wow he is really easy to talk to, he listens to everything I have to say and he makes sure you understand what you are about to embark on he answered all the questions even the silly ones I thought I had. He is a very sure of his abilities and that makes me feel at ease, he has a great sense of humor that will make you feel like you are right where you need to be. His staff are the best they always have smiles on there face they remember who you are like you have been a patient for years, Chirstine is wonderful no matter how many times I had to call she was right on the ball with it and got it all done.... they are all just a wonderful family. I haven't had the surgery yet so there is no comments on the bedside manner however I have herd only good things since I first came to my apts. I think they went way out on making sure this was the right choice for you and your family with all the dietitian and counseling sessions and not to mention the lovely group sessions with taste testing so you don't waste anytime or money on taste testing you know right what you will like! The guest speakers at the end of the classes where wonderful they helped me see the work of Dr. Sonnanstine to know I made the right choice."
