4 months out w/pic. Life is good

I cant believe its only been 4 months!  In some ways it seems like I had the surgery yesterday and others it seems like its been years.  I finally have my energy back and as far as my hair goes its still hanging in there.  It's been thinning but I upped my biotin and it seems to have slowed down a bunch.  Thank goodness I have a lot of hair to begin with.  LOL.  Ive lost a total of 80lbs since Jan of last year and I look/feel wonderful.  I don't know what else to say except, life is good!
