Ok, you know I really felt like all this would'nt work for me .But, to my surprise it's working great !!!!!! Today is Feb. 20th 2008 and I've lost 68 lbs. Yahooeeee !!!!!! Feel welcome to write me a note to let me know how y'all are doing. I'm here to be supportive---- GOOD LUCK to all !!
