My journey :
2 years ago my doctor show me a pic of a man who had bypass and told me that the prosedure was verry hot in the states. but it had a lot of contra's whith it. I left her office thinking that i don't want to do that. Months passed by and one day there it was again. On the cable tv. i was watching "Plastic Surgery before and after" . a light bling before me. I went back to my doctor and told her that like to have gastric bypass.
At first she did not expect that, but than she began to tell me what this was all about. She told me that on the island we have a good surgeon his name is Dr. Berry
and she give me a letter to see Dr. Berry. I made my appointmentand got it after 2 months. I was verry nervious that day. There Dr. berry told me that i have a lot of things to do: 1 i have to look for informations about Gastric Bypass. 2. i have to do some labs. i have to see some doctors. a lot of things to do. i did all that. But on the way something went wrong.I had to begin at 0 . Went back to Dr.Berry, do labs again went to this time to the working team of Dr. berry, this time a met some wonderfull persons. Dr. Ayoubi "great ". Dr Ignasio, and Dr. Hollander she was my inspiring one. Now for sure i know what i want in my life and what i'm gonna fight for. special thanks to you all and ooo my Dr.Straal she is great too. I have to mention my nephew Reuansy for helping me by puting this site to gather, love you.
I am sooooo exsited my life is gonna change after all.

Yesterday i phoned my surgeon for an appointment. In Curacao here we have a lot of medical insurances, mine is the one that the gov. will pay every thing for me (pp) so first i have to call the medical instance "poli clinic" there they set an appointment for me to see my surgeon. The lady on the phone told me that i got a date on 28 of November. My first reaction, NO WAY it can not be, my first thougts was that next year will be my sergury. No No that is not what i want. i did not want to wait so long again. She told me to wait or to call back in 15 min. I was with my older sister "laika" and i told her what the lady just said, went to my doctor Straal and she told me to phone them back. Before i could make the call the lady phone me and told me that i have an appointment with Dr. Berry this wednesday 3 october 9 o clock. The joy came to me again. Today 30 September i wake up at 7 because i did not sleep well. My allergy is bother me and i stil feel some slime that i can not get it out. I'm planning to go to my doctor on monday.This is my major conserns right now. Is it because i smoke?????????
