"Dr Ren was Dr Michael Gagner's fellow and is much loved by her patients. Many of the patients listed on Dr Gagner's site actually had their surgery done by Dr Ren. She helped Dr Gagner pioneer the lap technique.
I called the office and was treated wonderfully by the receptionist. I asked to speak to the insurance dept with a question I had and she put me on hold and connected me directly with Dr Ren. Dr Ren took 30-45 minutes to answer all my questions and agreed to work with me even though I am from Michigan and would not be able to travel back and forth.
Dr Ren is very understanding and totally accessable. Gio is such an assett.
She has an aftercare program now and has meetings once a month at NYUMC.

After researching WSL for a year now and cooresponding with many, many surgeons I feel totally confident with my choice.
