"My first impression of Dr. Erlich was that he is very down to earth and easy to talk to. I was so comfortable, like I knew him for a long time. He was very knowledgeable about the Lap Band and answered many questions. His staff couldn't have been nicer. I can't wait until my insurance mess is all set and I can start working with his office. It seems to be a perfect fit - I like that he responded to my emails immediately - good sign of a great office staff doing their job and a doctor wanting to give me his opinion."
