so here i am a little over four months out and i have reached my goal of 75 LBS gone forever!!!!  before Christmas.   I would have never been able to do it without my RNY.  I am eternally greatful that i had it done before the holidays.  this year i will be very merry and i will have a happy new year.

so here it is 3 months out and still going strong.  I feel great, lots of energy and down 67 LBS!!!! my goal is to loose 75 for Christmas and i  know i will do it.  none of my clothes fit me and i'm not complaining at all.  I have invested in a belt and suspenders.....yes suspenders they work until i can go clothes shopping.  My baby boy turns 1 year old and we are planning a huge party and i'm not even worried about food for once.  i have no regrets except that i wish i did this sooner in life.  I am well on way to ONEDERLAND!!!   hope to see you there.  Peace and Love.  T

It is Aug. 20, 2008 and i am five weeks out and feelin fine.  I have advanced on to "soft" foods YummY, anything is better than pureed now!   weight loss is going great i average about 6 pounds a week and have lost 34 LBS so far.  I have learned alot.  I feel so blessed to be given this chance and i'm not going to screw it up.  Everyone has been very supportive.  I am really looking forward to try new recipes.  I'll keep you posted if anything else exciting happens, but until then  peace and love to all.

I am glad i'm not alone in this journey.  I am excited, nervous and relieved to have made this decision to change my life.  I can't wait to meet new people and learn new things with all of you. thanks to everyone who has replied to my posts and answered my questions and to everyone who has given me some advice.  I greatly appreciate all of it.  Peace and Blessings to all on this journey.
