ok well i have started my medical supervised wieght loss program i have to see the dietician and fitness coach but i have taken some things from the info given to me to do some shopping and started working out on my own im so ready to get started on changing to a healthier happier life. i did 30 mins on treadmill today and plan on working out at least 3 times a week... wish me luck!!!
