so far im flying :) the doctor said I till need sleep study even tho I got my BMI under 50 that part really sucks but ok. I still think its a government money grab but im not going to let it stop me I have lost 8 lbs in total on my own Im so proud of myself.

At the Doctor consult she did and ECG which was normal. and talked about my family history ect.... I go see her again in the middle of June.

The social worker scared the shit out of me I had so many bad ones that I don't like them too much anymore lol but she was real nice. even with all the crap I went though in my life she did not judge she empowered me. so now I want more :) I go see her again in april I have a bit of homework but its not as grueling as the initial homework. 

I feel so sick right now I did work today begrudgingly I called my clients informed them of my cold and they still wanted to be seen....I tried to do my aqua fit class but my stomach started to hurt too much so I just did laps in the lanes. I hope I feel better by Friday so I can go again....Im trying not to be too hard on my self for not going through with the class but at least I did some work out...Right?

OK so its Feb 18th and I just had the nutrition class well ok here comes the homework I need to log what I eat for 6 days not a problem cuz I been doing it I though cool I just can transfer everything and done well....she now wants the time I eat and the way it was cooked! lol what a joke so now I have to go more in depth with my food journal oh and the best part she now needs me to eat within a hour of waking up are you crazy I never eat when I just wake up I never have! oh well yet another change but you know what slowly I can do this. I can eat breaky and the what 6 meals a day I skip meals all the time I was taught to loose weight you close your mouth and move your feet. I guess that way of thinking is now out as well. so next is the social worker consult and the doctor consult on march 6th wish me luck
