"The staff was truly outstanding in my care. I was given a private room and there was a love seat that folded out into a bed so my husband was able to stay with me the entire time I was there. We were also allowed to spend the night prior to pre op testing and surgery date in the adjacent nursing school facilites free of charge so did not have to incur any hotel fees."
"I found Dr. Yates to be a kind, caring individual. He patiently answered my questions and came in to the hospital on a holiday (and his day off) to sign paperwork to dismiss me from the hospital when I said I was ready to go home. Southe Point Hospital was wonderful to me. All staff were extremely caring. I had a private room with a love seat that made out into a bed for my husband to stay with me. The New Start Program personnel have called me since my surgery to see how I am doing and if I have any questions or problems. All in all, a very pleasant experience."
