1 Year - Well it has been a whole year and how fast it went! I have lost a total of 122 pounds! No complications and I feel wonderful.

1st Dr. visit - Had first Dr. visit and everything is going great!! Staples did hurt coming out- whoever said that was pain free fibbed.
