Down to 210 holly cow what a difference it makes when you put your mind to do something .I have started my liquid diet 2 weeks ago i have lost 28 pds on this diet and man can I tell the differnce .I am having sugery tomorrow and cant wait im excited but scared to but with all my family and friends I will get thru this well gotta prepare for tomoorw!!!!
