For the most part I have been doing good. Not feeling hungry and I know it's because of the protein it always comes first. I am not getting my water down. Just seem impossible with a sip at a time. I am having trouble with not having regular bowel movements. Feeling very uncomfortable and bloating feeling. What to do??
