A few weeks out and the newness is wearing off

I'm a few weeks out and the newness of the surgery is wearing off. The scale isn't changing the way it had been a few weeks ago and now I've got to start putting the real work in. I am still an emotional eater and have been making some poor choices the last few days. However, I do recognize that they are my choices and I'm trying to reclaim my success by going back to liquids for a few days.
