It has been a week since I have started doing this on my own.  I am doing a 1400 calorie diet.. I am just getting under that each day. I never really feel deprived.  I am eating pretty good.. healthy, no sweets or junk food, getting almost 70 oz of water in.. which is amazing for me because I normally dont drink water.  I try to get in about 30 minutes of some kind of movement/excercise a day, free weights, I have one of those bike pedals as well as just walking in place, etc.  Just some kind of movement.  I weighed myself this morning... I lost 8 pounds!  That is 1 pound more than I lost my first week at weight watchers the end of '06.  I was shocked then for losing 7 lbs in one week!  I pray that I can keep this up! 
The 380's are gone Forever!
