Almost there!

Well as you all know I am approaching my date.
  My surgeon hasn't require that I do a  pre op liquie diet.   However,  I am starting this morning by substituting some of my meals with Protein shakes.  I got to start somewhere, because system is going to be shocked!!!

I'll keep you all posted.  I am waiting to get the call of my insurance approval!!!
