Just starting in this!

Hi there this is my first post since joining today! I am 2 1/2 weeks out of surgery and I think I am doing GREAT! I have lost almost 20 lbs, give or take a pound and depends when I weigh. Hoping to find some interesting  information on here and share what I go through. they only thing today is some trapped GAS uuuuggggggg. But that too shall pass.
