Old Habits

It has been two months since my banding and I have done really well J although I feel my bad habits coming back….not measuring, grazing, eating when bored/stressed. I need to stop this NOW so I don’t undo what I have worked so hard to achieve. I really don’t want to go back to the old ways, they did not work!!! On the plus side of this cross-road, this is the first time I have been able to catch myself before I fall down the slope. I feel that this is a big victory for me! Being able to identify the problem is the first way to fix it! Now that I’m aware of what is going on, it’s time to step up my self-control and bring out the measuring cups!
