I am down 95 pounds a year later.

I am 2 weeks post op. I feel great. I have lost 25 pounds. I am still confused on what foods should I be eating.  

 I am so nervous. I know I will be fine. Any lasts advice on what to take to the hospital? I need as much info as possible. 

 Avmed State of Florida has just approved me. September 26 is my surgery date!
