Where to start...I've always been a bit heavy my entire life. It wasnt until I lost my son to cancer just before his first birthday that I turned to food for comfort. In 6yrs I gained almost 100lbs. Now I have 2 beautiful girls who I need to be around for and want to be active with! I chose to have the VSG done finally jumped thru all the insurance hoops ;) and my new healthy life starts again on nov 1st!!
