Just wanted to share some of the things that have helped me to remain on track.Sites that I post to on a daily/weekly basis:

Support Groups:
I weigh-in on a weekly basis at Weight Watchers. Even though I can't relate anymore to the points structure, Weight Watcher emphasizes healthy eating and provides ways to overcome emotional eating, dealing with the holidays, getting through plateaus, etc.
Journaling:
I post on a daily basis on the WETOs (What is Everyone Eating Today) thread on obesityhelp.com site. It helps me be accountable for the foods that I eat. I also keep a notebook journal that I log in my protein intake, vitamins & daily exercise.
Exercise:
I target 5-6 days per week of exercise. I do 30 minutes on the elliptical machine and 15 minutes on threadmill or strength training machines.
