I'm getting myself pumped up to get back on track with my weight loss and get back to WLS basics. I'm currently at 165, and shooting to be at goal 140. I was able to achieve my goal weight and kept it up until 2008, when I got pregnant with my 1st son. He's now 1 and I'm +25lbs. I'm not feeling so great, and definitely not eating as healthy as I KNOW i can. I've started going back to the gym (alright, I went once this week, for 30mins!), and back on protein shakes (ok, I have 2 cups in the morning instead of breakfast, and just need to stick to it), and just need to stop putting it off.
