One Year Surgi-Anniversary to ME!

Well today marks 1 year since I had my lapband surgery. Even though there have been a few bumps in the road and I have gained 9 lbs since being deflated in December, I would do the surgery all over again and especially with Dr Vaimakis. One year down the road from surgery and her and her staff have been absolutely the best. I am up to 195 and today I got another fill I believe I am up to 6 oz, which is 1 oz difference that I lost back in December. I am hoping that this will help, because I have been in bandster hell for way too long. I have to say the gain is definitely from lack of will power. I started to eat crap and the scale began moving the wrong way. I have recommitted myself to walking and eating correctly.I will keep you all posted, in the mean time, stay well! Mimi
