waiting to hear from accomplish

Ok so now after my Dr lost my ppwk, and I hand carried it to her, talked to Bonnie at UMP(great lady) who said everything looked fine and she would forward my ok to the accomplish weight loss people.  This is a requirement of the UMP that  I use this service for pre and post op follow up.  Per the "rules" I have to lose 5% of my body weight within 6 months,  I can do that, It is like 15 #, so short term goal is to lose 15 pound before July, have accomplish send that to UMP, then getthe OK to go establish with a surgeon.  I am sure that it will take a bit for work up as you have to do the seminar, get a full work up and psych eval etc.  Hoping to get my surgery before end of year.  Still not sure whether I want Lap band or RNY , I will keep researching and get dr recommendation as well.  If anyone knows about the rockwood clinic Bariatric program in Spokane, hit me up.  Same for those with UMP if you have any timeline or other info to share I would appreciate the info and support!
