I HAVE SABOTAGED MYSELF! GRRRRRR.....

1/08/2009Today Is my 4 month surgiversary and I now realize I have sabotaged myself. I have not been doing my 3 days a week at the gym in a couple of weeks. I have discovered that I can eat almost anything without any complications, which has opened many old doors for me. Meaning, I have been eating all kinds of "goodies". I have been drinking alcohol and snacking all the time. These are the old habits that got me where I started. I have not been taking my supplements nor have been doing my protein shakes. I have plenty of time to do these things but I just think its down right laziness. For the next couple of weeks (starting today not tomorrow) I will get back to the basics. I plan on doing atleast 3 protein shakes a day with soup. I notice when I drink alot of liquids I cant eat much at all. I don't know what else to do. I have not been to see my surgeon either. Once I get back from my trip in 2 weeks I will get back on track with him also. I feel bad about not doing what I'm suppose to do. I even thought about doing weight watchers so I can re-learn how to eat properly. I weighed in today at 212.4 that's 7.6lbs lost in a month. I am not satisfied with that number. I will do better!
