"what a wonderful man. He really made my whole process as painless as possible. He explained everything to me so that I was totally prepared for the actual surgery and calm about what was going on. I had to bring my children with me to a couple pre-op office visits and he was so nice about it and didn't mind at all. Everyone in that office makes it seem like a second family and I miss them and wish I didn't have to move away from Florida bc these guys at this office are def. the best as far as I'm concerned. There honestly isn't anything I didn't like about Dr. Baptista. He's very professional without seeming to intrusive."
