I have finally had a successful dinner that tasted great and stayed down. I am ecstatic I made the tomato and feta for chicken thighs which I found on bariatriceating.com. I didn't know how to cook before surgery and am taking baby steps with it now. I have been at a loss, frustrated and not well nourished. Today was a success. I put 4 single meals in individual ziplocks to freeze. Now I want to find out what to cook tomorrow.Nicole
