"My surgeon was excellent. Apart from having a rapport with his patients, I felt I was more than just another face. The procedure I was undergoing - Gastric Bypass was explained to me. I got to meet him twice for consultations. He spoke excellent English, a plus, considering this was Belgium. My procedure and immediate recovery was so quick... I was pain free by the fourth day, no pain meds. My incisions have absorbable stitches, which means I do not need to have them removed. I could not have been happier with the way my surgery was handled. I had insurance, so I did not have to pay a bill, neither did I see any. The staff at the hospital could not have been nicer, at the press of a button there was someone by my side to attend to my needs. I loved the atmosphere at the hospital, I would recommend AZ-St Jans, Brugge, Belgium, and Dr. Dillemans in a heartbeat. "
