"Met Dr. Ferzli and his staff for the 1st time on Monday, 3/16. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. Dr. Ferzli, very nice made me feel extremly comfortable.

Update: Had my surgery on 12/9/2009, and I cannot say enough good things about Dr Ferzli and his staff. Dr Ferzli is very nice and every time I've seen him has a gentle smile on his face. His staff is very friendly and accomodating. The hosptial, Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, was also a wonderful experience, the staff/nurses was very friendly and helpful.
Any questions or concerns that I may have had, Dr Ferzli, his staff and the hosptial always addressed them, and made sure that I understood. They didnt just ramble medical terms and walk away. "
