I had to throw out all of my belts I had pre-surgery.  I wish I had been using a ratchet belt.  Easy to trim, and you don't have to toss them as you lose weight.

I'm doing a program where I need to eat five egg whites in the morning.  Bland as heck, even with seasoning and vegies.  Someone gave me this recipe and it works great:

1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa

1 packet of sweetener

1/2 cup
