Hi everyone! Just wanted to let you all know that I've lost 60 lbs since October 17th. I can't believe how good I feel and how much energy I have. I would do it again without hesitation. It is really neat how your body adapts to the weight loss. People are constantly telling me you look good. I'm still trying to get used to the compliments! I currently weigh 227 and have about 40lbs more to go. My biggest problems are the clothes. I buy a new pair of jeans and in 3 or 4 weeks they are to big for me. Oh well if that's my only problems than I'll take it. I'd like to give a shout out to Laurie and Linda. I wish you guys well and hope you are doing okay!
