"I think Dr. Javier is a very friendly and warm person, he is caring and made me feel comfortable and secure. He talked about aftercare and made me understand that the surgery is a first step with all other steps being equally important like following all the rules laid out. He also addressed the risks of the surgery, clarified different issues but did not make me nervous about the surgery. Future patients should know that Dr. Javier has a lot of experience and makes you feel comfortable about your decision, he is an excellent doctor.
The patient coordinator was also excellent, I probably would not have made this trip if it was not for her attentiveness. The hospital and hotel facilities were also great, it all exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to others.
