I've lost forty pounds since my surgery on ll-20-09. I have no idea on how to adjust the health tracker gizmo to show this. But I'm surprised at how easy this has been. I've had the usual upsets...constipation, gas pains, sick of protein shakes, etc. But over all it's just been great and a big part of my success I owe to the OH people who post on the main board. It has been such a help to know that my questions and worries can be answered by such a wonderful group of losers and I mean that in the best sense.
