What's my problem?

So I lost 12lbs this week mostly water weight I'm sure. I have now lost 17 of my 29 lbs to lose before surgery. I called and was able to schedule my surgery......Sept. 4!! All the excitement I was expecting to flood my emotions did not come. I feel very deflated and let down. I called the the 2 most important people in my life (beside my children) my fiance and my mother who both have been very supportive and I was disappointed with the response from both of them. What is going on with me??
