Today is Thursday 3/28/02 and I am 1 year and 1 day post op. My starting weight was 288 and I am now at 159. So I have lost 129 lbs to date. I would love to lose 9 more pounds but I am more than satisfied with what I've lost so far! I'm still working out and still watching what I eat although I do have days where I feel like I eat everything in sight. I still have not eaten anything with refined sugar and I haven't tried steak. I'm really afraid but I don't miss either so I'm okay with it. I had to have my breasts done in December. The extra skin was disgusting and my cup size didn't get any smaller. I am pleased with the outcome and I will post before and after pictures very soon.
