I had my second fill today.  They added 1cc, for a total of 3 so far.  I am down another 5 pounds.  Yay!!!!!

First fill today - received 3 cc & then took out 1cc for a total of 2cc.  (I had trouble drinking water with 3.)  Anxious to see how I do the next couple of weeks!

Had my one week post op appointment yesterday & had staples removed.  Feels so much better.  Will not get my first fill until 3/23.  Didn't think they would wait that long, but I guess it must be for the best.  I have lost 13 pounds since I first started this process.  Yah!  I would never have done it without the lap band!

Still feel like I am doing well.  A little sore, but that is to be expected.  I am struggling to get down 3 protein drinks & enough liquids, but I am trying.  Nothing tastes very good right now.  I am going to try to walk a little more tomorrow.  Thanks for all the kind thoughts & messages.  They are all very much appreciated!

Just returned home - surgery was at 7:30 today & was released about 1:00.  Everything went very smoothly.  Just taking pain meds to keep ahead of the pain.  Hope the next few weeks go just as well!!
