I know I've been terrible about posting but my life has been hectic.  So far I've lost 100 pounds and I see lees weight loss and more inches lost.  I go to the gym 5 days a week and I can really see the results.  In the past 8 months I have been on an incredible ride and I'm so happy.  About a month after my surgery my Dr. discovered I had cysts and fibroids so I had to have a full hystorectomy in early November so that hindered my weight loss a bit since for some reason my digestive system seemed out of whack but I'm back on track now.  I promise to be better at posting in the future.

Well I had my surgery on Monday and I have to admit the first few days I was thinking "what in the heck have I done to myself"?  Today has been a good day though, I'm not as sore as I have been and I'm up and moving aroung more.  I'm planning on starting to walk on Monday morning bright and early, I've only been walking around my house so far.  My surgeon said everything went great though and I'm truly happy about that.  Right now my biggest problem is making sure I eat and drink enough and that's hard because I really haven't had an appetite at all but I'm trying to make sure I get all of my nutrients in and drink those protien drinks.  Please keep me and my progress in your prayers as I will do the same for all of you.

Well I'm 1 week away from surgery and I'm very excited.  My doctor put me on a liquid diet starting last Monday and I'm very proud of my self because I'm sticking with it!  The first day was REALLY hard though, especially when I had to feed my kids, but each day is getting easier.  I even fixed my husband a Father's Day breakfast and wasn't tempted.  I've actually lost some weight since being on the liquid diet and I think it will help me transitioning to the new diet post-op.  I'm so blessed to have this opportunity, I know that God is with me and everything will go great!  Until Later, STAY BLESSED
