I am getting ready to go...its be a hard couple of days.  No food for three (not too bad) but the prep has made me ill...oh well!  I am having surgery @ 2:30pm and will be in the hospital until Wed.  Look out new me...here I come!!  Peace!

Ordering my vitamins & supplements right now!  I am excited & scared all at once...but know that I MUST IMPROVE MY LIFE~ one step at a time!  Rome wasn't build in a day and neither was I (weight speaking...this has been a whole life coming).  Getting ready for my new life with a new lease & relationship with food!  Wish me luck!
