So far in my journey I have.....

: met with my surgeon
: completed the psych eval
: had the nutritionist consult
: completed required blood work (all labs were good except somewhat low Vit D.....to be expected living in the Pacific NW)

: had EKG

!!!!!!! got "THE DATE" for VSG!!!!!!!!!!    December 26th, 2012    woo hooo!!!!

just set up final visit with Dr. and dietitian

my insurance  is through Group Health and I will be a self pay since they don't consider my BMI high enough for coverage.
