List 184 pounds. I am able to walk freely. I no longer need oxygen, a handicapped parking spot, or an electric scooter at the grocery store.

Knowing that I have lost 116 pounds makes the goal of 84 more seem reachable. Also the good news that I will probably qualify for some kind of tummy surgery makes me very hopeful. For the first time in a long time, trying on clothes is not an ordeal. Also, and this is really the best, I can move, and I can enjoy exercise!!
